Do you have any minimum order quantities?
No, we don’t have any minimums, you can order as many or as few products as you’d like. We do however offer bulk discounts so the more you purchase the more you can save.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnarounds times are something we take seriously! When customers are in need of custom screen printing, we deliver & delivery fast! Our average turnaround time for normal order processing is within 14 days. We do have a rush service available.
What is the Rush Service turnaround time and cost?
In need of a rush order of custom t shirts? You came to the right place! Our rush service turnaround time is 4-7 days. Rush service has a fee of 30%. If you are interested in the rush service, please contact us.
Can I use my own products?
Unfortunately, due to the professional nature of our service, we will only customize the products that are purchased on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship orders all over the world on a daily basis.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Of course! The more you buy, the more you save. See the chart in each product’s page for further details on the discounts.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Printing Hut accepts all major brands of payment including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Do you charge set up or screen fees?
We don't like to get nickle and dimed in life, so why would we do that to our customers? We are proud to offer NO SET UP or SCREEN FEES for all custom screen printing designs!
What if I am not happy with the results?
Trust us, 1,000 of customers wouldn't lie! But in the event of dissatisfaction, all claims must be made within 72 hours from receipt of order. Please contact us immediately if there are errors or problems with any order and we will provide you with the best solution.
